How long will it be before I receive my order in the mail?
We try our best to process your order within 2 business days or less. Certain circumstances may delay your order such as issues with our inventory in which you will be notified via email. For standard shipping, packages arrive between 1-5 days depending on location after being dropped off at the post office!

Orders for in store pick up are processed within 2 business day or less.

We offer Free In Store Pick Up at our Seal Beach Location only, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, & USPS Priority Mail Express.
Do you refund for return shipping costs?
As stated in our return policy below, we do not reimburse for return shipping costs.
Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
At this time, orders may only be shipped to U.S. states and territories.
I need to change my shipping address, how do I go about that?

My order hasn’t arrived, can you tell me where it is?
All customers will receive a tracking number with their shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a package, don't hesitate to email us at hello@shopelisonrd.com.
I saw something on Instagram that I would like to purchase, however it is only offered in stores. Is there a way to have it shipped to me?
We offer phone orders at all locations. All you have to do is call the store location number which is listed on our contact page and the sales associates will help you. We charge a $5 flat rate shipping for all phone orders and they will be shipped out within 3 business days. Can I cancel my order?
We generally process orders within 2 business days, but we’re usually much faster. Unfortunately, once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your purchase.
