How long will it be before I receive my order in the mail?

We try our best to process your order within 2 business days or less. Certain circumstances may delay your order such as issues with our inventory in which you will be notified via email.

During cyber weekend, expect orders to be processed within 4 business days or less. For standard shipping, packages arrive between 1-5 days depending on location!

How long will it take for my In Store Pick Up Order to be ready?

Orders for in store pick up are processed within 2 business day or less. 

For orders placed during our Cyber Weekend Sale, expect orders to be processed within 4 business days or less. 

How will I know when my In Store Pick Up Order is ready?

You will be notified via email.

What are your different shipping options?

We offer Free In Store Pick Up at our Long Beach Location only, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, & USPS Priority Mail Express.

During our Cyber Weekend Sale, all orders receive free standard shipping!

Do you refund for return shipping costs?

As stated in our return policy below, we do not reimburse for return shipping costs.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

At this time, orders may only be shipped to U.S. states and territories.

I need to change my shipping address, how do I go about that?

My order hasn’t arrived, can you tell me where it is?

All customers will receive a tracking number with their shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a package, don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]

I saw something on Instagram that I would like to purchase, however it is only offered in stores. Is there a way to have it shipped to me?

We offer phone orders at all locations. All you have to do is call the store location number which is listed on our contact page and the sales associates will help you. We charge a $5 flat rate shipping for all phone orders and they will be shipped out within 3 business days. 

Elison Rd. accepts no responsibility for packages that do not arrive within a stated time-frame due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure.


How and where do I return my package to?

Please fill out the 'Online Return Form' included in your package and either send or drop off your package to:

Once we receive you return package, we will either send you your exchanged item or send you online store credit in which we will notify you via email! Please note, per our return policy listed on your invoice, we do not reimburse for return shipping cost at this time.

What is your return policy?

Purchases made between 11/23-12/17
can be exchanged on or before Jan. 6 for store credit or other merchandise. Merchandise must be
unwashed, unworn with tags attached and you MUST have an original or gift receipt for all exchanges.
Swim, Jewelry and Markdowns are FINAL SALE.


If you decide to return an item(s) from your order, you may do so for store credit or exchanges only.

Store credit will be given for the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded). Store credit received through the website may only be used on the website.

CLEARANCE/SALE, SWIMWEAR & JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED. (The coloring of jewelry will naturally change with age due to weather and skin exposure. Please contact us for any tips on cleaning and restoring jewelry to its original color).

Returns must be received in original, unused, unworn condition with original invoice included. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and you will be charged for shipping.

Returns MUST be post marked within 21 days of the date on your invoice.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All outgoing orders are inspected for quality assurance, but if you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions.

Please read washing instructions carefully because we do not offer returns on anything that has been damaged as a result of incorrectly washing a garment.


Do you ever restock items?

Our items sell our quickly and it varies whether we will restock them. The best thing to do is click the 'email me when available' button on the product page which lets us know which items are popular as well as automatically notifying you when the item comes back in stock! 

I have an in store gift card, but it is not working online?

At this time our in store gift cards and online gift cards are not compatible. If you would like an in store gift card transferred to an online credit please send us an email to [email protected] with a picture of the back of your gift card. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working on changing this system!

I forgot to input a discount code when I completed my order, can I get refunded for the discounted amount?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund for any discounted amount after you complete a purchase.
